ALYESKA EAST HOUSE RULES

  1. Please do not jam doors open.  They are locked to insure your security.
  2. HEAT should be kept at a MINIMUM of 55 degrees.  Frozen pipes cause a lot of problems.
  3. PETS to be kept on a leash.  They should not roam the halls or be boarded on the decks.
  4. NOISE after 10:30 p.m. should be contained to one’s own unit.  Noise during the day should be reasonable.
  5. GARBAGE will be placed in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster in the lower parking lot.  Absolutely NO garbage is to be left in the hallways.
  6. Please keep equipment out of halls and off walkways.(skis, boot, shoes included)
  7. SPRINKLER SYSTEM is a complex and sensitive system; it constitutes vandalism to set it off intentionally.
  8. HALLWAYS are for WALKING only.  Please advise children to slow down.
  9. Please observe all PARKING SIGNS.  They are posted for emergency reasons and will be strictly enforced.
  10. DOORS to individual units should be kept closed.  Noise resonates down the halls and disturbs the other owners.
  11. Owners will be held responsible for any damage to COMMON AREAS caused by themselves, visitors, tenants, or pets.
  12. ALTERATIONS beyond inside walls of a unit must first be approved by the Board of Directors.
  13. REALTY or other “FOR SALE” or “FOR RENT” signs are limited to ONE ONLY on the inside of a window of the unit.  Absolutely NONE allowed on the doors, walls, balconies or siding.
  14. REPORT any malfunctions of the washer and dryer or any other common element facilities to the manger as soon as possible.
  15. The use or storing of grills and smokers on decks is prohibited.
  16. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted in any of the common areas.
  17. All locks shall be SCHLAGE Series E.
  18. All lock boxes shall be located in the designated area on the west wall at the base of the south exterior stair well.
  19. The owner of a unit shall be assessed a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) if management is required to intervene in unauthorized or other activities prohibited by By-Laws or Rules.  If this first attempt fails, and a second trip is required, an additional assessment of two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) will be made.
  20. Commercial space hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  Quiet time for commercial operations is from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

REPORT OF BROKEN RULES will be cheerfully accepted by management and will be dealt with accordingly.  All rules have been made for the homeowners by the Board of Directors and will be carefully enforced by the managing agent.
