Alyeska East Annual Condo Association Board of Directors Meeting
March 3, 2012
Meeting started 6pm

The meeting was called to order 6 pm via telephone conference call.

1. ROLL CALL: Present- Brian Kruchoski, Brad VonWichman, Daniel Greenhalgh.

     B. QUORUM: A quorum was declared.

    C. REPORT OF OFFICERS- None

     D. OLD BUSINESS:
            1) Parking lot contract – The Board had a lawyer review and amend the contract presented by the resort.

Be it resolved that the Alyeska East Condominium Association shall enter into a contract with The Alyeska Resort pertaining to parking(see contract for details). The association President shall sign for the association.

Motion by Daniel Greenhalgh seconded by Brian Kruchoski carried to
Accept the preceding resolution.

2) Roof Shoveling- Numerous owners have expressed concern about the amount of snow on the roof. Several reported have difficulty closing and or locking doors.
Motion by Brad VonWichman seconded by Brian Kruchoski carried to
Contract Holland Roofing to remove snow from the roof.

3) Water Issue- The board discussed having a main line water filter on the buildings water main and reports of shutoff valves failing. The board requested management get more information and estimates.
